2025 // DEVELOPMENT // REACT // NODE.JS // GSAP // MONGODB
My goal with the Readoo project is to learn and master a modern web development stack while building something meaningful. Readoo is a web app for book lovers to track and explore their reading journey. On the frontend, I used Next.js and React to create a clean, interactive UI, while the backend combines Firebase for user account authentication and MongoDB for storing book data like favorites, wishlists, and reading status. I also integrated Google Books API to pull book details, and added features like searching, filtering, and smooth animations with GSAP.
2025 // DEVELOPMENT // REACT // TAILWIND CSS // MONGODB
Building MyGamesList was a fun dive into full-stack development. I used React and Tailwind CSS on the frontend to create a responsive layout with interactive features like editing and deleting cards. On the backend, MongoDB and Express.js are used for flexibility and easy API handling. I also added Firebase Auth to let users manage their own game lists, and RAWG API to pull game titles and images. From initial development to live deployment with Vercel and Railway, it was a super rewarding project that taught me a lot.
2024 // DEVELOPMENT // BOOTSTRAP
This Bootstrap project took my skill to a new height of complexity, with more dynamic and visually rich components. I built large carousels, continuously sliding photo and logo sections, and layered in more complex layouts throughout the page. It was a solid project in combining structure and motion to keep things both functional and visually engaging.
2023 // DEVELOPMENT // WORDPRESS
This project marked my first introduction to WordPress, and it opened up a whole new side of development for me, as I got to explore layouting within the WordPress ecosystem. I also got hands-on with custom JavaScript to add interactive behaviors, and built popups that worked seamlessly within the project's constraints.
2022 // WEB DESIGN // UI/UX DESIGN // DEVELOPMENT // WIX
This was a personal project I built using Wix. It served as a space to showcase my custom graphic design commissions, and even without writing a single line of code, I created everything from scratch, from the layouts, designs, assets, and content. It was the project that first sparked my interest in web development.
